Council Minutes of 4/21/98 <br />Ordinance No. 98-45 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. O'Grady who <br />ate., noted that he was in receipt of the fiscal officer's certificate. An ordinance providing for <br />~;~ <br />the issuance and sale of notes in a maximum aggregate principal amount of $843,000 in <br />anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of improving certain designated <br />streets in the city, in cooperation with Cuyahoga County and the Director of <br />Transportation of the State of Ohio and otherwise, by grading, draining, curbing, <br />reconstructing the pavement base, replacing culverts, preparing the surface, surfacing and <br />resurfacing and installing street lighting, traffic signalization and related underground <br />wiring, in each case together with the necessary appurtenances and work incidental <br />thereto. <br />Ordinance No. 98-46 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. O'Grady who <br />noted that he was in receipt of the fiscal officer's certificate. An ordinance providing for <br />the issuance and sale of notes in a maximum aggregate principal amount of $672,000, in <br />anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of improving the city's park and <br />recreational facilities by remodeling, renovating, rehabilitating and otherwise improving <br />the Recreation Center, and acquiring real estate and interests in real estate for park and <br />recreational use. <br />Ordinance No. 98-47 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. O'Grady who <br />noted that he was in receipt of the fiscal officer's certificate. An ordinance providing for <br />the issuance and sale of notes in maximum aggregate principal amount of $454,000, in <br />anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of improving the city's sanitary <br />sewerage system by constructing sanitary sewers, force mains and pumping facilities and <br />by constructing and reconstructing storm sewer and other storm water drainage facilities <br />and improvements to control and limit the volume of storm water entering or otherwise <br />affecting the sanitary sewerage system, in each case together with the necessary <br />appurtenances and work incidental thereto. <br />Ordinance No. 98-48 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. O'Grady who <br />noted that he was in receipt of the fiscal officer's certificate. An ordinance providing for <br />the issuance and sale of notes in a maximum aggregate principal of $266,000 in <br />anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of improving the city administration <br />complex by renovating, remodeling, rehabilitating, furnishing, equipping and otherwise <br />improving the Town Hall included therein and improving the site thereof by removing and <br />replacing underground storage tanks and otherwise modifying fuel storage facilities and <br />equipment, in each case together with the necessary appurtenances and work incidental <br />thereto. <br />Ordinance No. 98-49 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. O'Grady who <br />noted that he was in receipt of the fiscal officer's certificate. An ordinance providing for <br />the issuance and sale of notes in a maximum aggregate principal amount of $41,000 in <br />anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of renovating the city's Fire Station <br />No. 2 by replacing its roof and otherwise improving the station and its site. <br />~~~ <br />12 <br /> <br />
