Council Minutes of 4/21/98 <br />Ordinance No. 98-50 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An <br />~K ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of a community reinvestment area tax <br />exemption agreement between the City of North Olmsted and Duke Realty Investments, <br />Inc., and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 98-51 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial on <br />behalf of himself and the entire Council. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into <br />an agreement modifying the existing agreement regarding capital charges for sewer <br />improvements between the City of North Olmsted and the City of Fairview Park, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 98-52 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial on <br />behalf of himself and the entire Council. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into <br />an agreement, modifying the existing sewer service agreement between the City of North <br />Olmsted and the City of Fairview Park under which a portion of the City of Fairview Park <br />is served by the city's sanitary sewer system, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 98-53 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial on <br />behalf of himself and the entire Council. An ordinance authorizing and directing the <br />Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement with the City of Westlake <br />for participation by the City of North Olmsted in certain storm sewer improvements <br />located in the City of Westlake that benefit both communities, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS <br />Mrs. Saringer made the following committee assignments: Ordinance 98-37 to <br />Recreation; Ordinance 98-39 to Legislative; Ordinances 98-40 through 98-51 to Finance; <br />Ordinance 98-52 to Environmental; Ordinance 98-53 to Streets & Drainage. <br />Mr. McKay scheduled an Environmental Control Committee meeting for Monday, April <br />27, at 7 p.m. and a Streets & Drainage Committee meeting to follow. He asked that Mr. <br />Bohlmann be present for both. <br />Mrs. Kasler scheduled a Recreation Committee meeting for 6 p.m. on April 28 to discuss <br />Ordinance 98-37. The Mayor, Mr. Jenkins, and Mr. Dolansky were asked to attend. <br />Mr. O'Grady scheduled a Finance Committee meeting for Tuesday, April 28, immediately <br />following the Recreation Committee to discuss Ordinance 98-35 and Ordinances 98-40 <br />through 98-51. The directors of Finance and Service and the animal warden were asked <br />to attend. <br />Mr. Limpert scheduled a meeting of the Intra-Governmental Relations, Legislative and <br />Long-Range Planning Committee for Monday, May 4, at 6 p.m. to discuss Ordinance <br />~" 98-39.
