Council Minutes of 4/7/98 <br />Ordinance No. 9$-27 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the North Olmsted <br />F.O.P. Ohio Labor Council, which agreement is the collective bargaining agreement <br />between the city and the North Olmsted Police Department, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 98-28 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for <br />improvements in the storm drainage system in the Brookpark Road and Mastick Road <br />area as detailed in the plans and specifications on file and authorizing the Mayor to <br />contract for the same, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 98-29 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay. An <br />ordinance adopting a new and revised Section 911.09 entitled "Sewer Connections; Tap-in <br />Permit, Fee and Penalty" of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio. <br />Resolution No. 98-30 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for construction <br />of catch basin, manhole, sidewalk, curbing and pavement repairs at various locations in the <br />City of North Olmsted as detailed in the specifications on file and authorizing the Mayor <br />to contract for the same, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 98-31 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. O'Grady. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for <br />approximately 8,000 tons of salt, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same. <br />Ordinance No. 98-32 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An <br />ordinance establishing rates of compensation for various administrative and legislative <br />personnel and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 98-33 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Gareau. A <br />resolution authorizing accepting for recording purpose only the Catherine Bennett Lot <br />Split & Consolidation Plat in the City of North Olmsted and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 98-34 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the North Olmsted City <br />School District for the providing of fuel to the school district's bus fleet and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 98-35 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An <br />ordinance creating new Section 505.14 of Chapter 505 of the General Offenses Codes <br />entitled "Animals & Fowl" to provide locally for the "Lawful Costs" which may be <br />charged by the city to owners, keepers and harborers of animals impounded pursuant to <br />Section 505.02 of the same Chapter, and declaring an emergency. <br />11 <br /> <br />
