Council Minutes of 4/7/98 Ordinance No. 9$-27 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the North Olmsted F.O.P. Ohio Labor Council, which agreement is the collective bargaining agreement between the city and the North Olmsted Police Department, and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 98-28 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for improvements in the storm drainage system in the Brookpark Road and Mastick Road area as detailed in the plans and specifications on file and authorizing the Mayor to contract for the same, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 98-29 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay. An ordinance adopting a new and revised Section 911.09 entitled "Sewer Connections; Tap-in Permit, Fee and Penalty" of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio. Resolution No. 98-30 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for construction of catch basin, manhole, sidewalk, curbing and pavement repairs at various locations in the City of North Olmsted as detailed in the specifications on file and authorizing the Mayor to contract for the same, and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 98-31 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. O'Grady. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for approximately 8,000 tons of salt, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same. Ordinance No. 98-32 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An ordinance establishing rates of compensation for various administrative and legislative personnel and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 98-33 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Gareau. A resolution authorizing accepting for recording purpose only the Catherine Bennett Lot Split & Consolidation Plat in the City of North Olmsted and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 98-34 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the North Olmsted City School District for the providing of fuel to the school district's bus fleet and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 98-35 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An ordinance creating new Section 505.14 of Chapter 505 of the General Offenses Codes entitled "Animals & Fowl" to provide locally for the "Lawful Costs" which may be charged by the city to owners, keepers and harborers of animals impounded pursuant to Section 505.02 of the same Chapter, and declaring an emergency. 11
