Council Minutes of 2/3/98 <br />Resolution No. 98-1 introduced by Mr. O'Grady was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids with an outside <br />contractor for the purpose of providing, on a contract basis, leaf pick-up service <br />throughout the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 98-2 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Gareau. An <br />ordinance accepting for dedication the Cinnamon Way (west extension), in the City of <br />North Olmsted. <br />Resolution No. 98-3 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay on behalf <br />of himself and Mr. O'Grady. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to <br />advertise for bids for improvements in Brookpark Road (Phase 1) from Lorain Road to <br />Great Northern Boulevard as detailed in the plans and specifications on file and <br />authorizing the Mayor to contract for the same, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 98-4 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay on behalf <br />of himself and Mr. O'Grady. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to <br />advertise for bids for improvements in the storm drainage system in the Lansing Drive and <br />Forest Ridge subdivision area as detailed in the plans and specifications on file and <br />authorizing the Mayor to contract for the same, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 98-5 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for paint striping <br />at various locations in the City of North Olmsted as detailed in the specifications on file <br />and authorizing the Mayor to contract for the same, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 98-6 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay on behalf <br />of himself and Mr. O'Grady. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to <br />advertise for bids for installing a local control panel for the instrumentation system at the <br />Clague Park sanitary retention system lift station in the City of North Olmsted as detailed <br />in the specifications on file and authorizing the Mayor to contract for the same, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 98-7 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Safety to advertise for bids for printing of the <br />Spring/Summer and Autumn/Winter North Olmsted Parks and Recreation Department <br />brochure, as per specifications now on file in his office, and authorizing the Mayor to <br />contract for same, and declaring an emergency. <br />7 <br />
