<br />BP Food Mart 4837, 25295 Lorain Road. Mr. Nashar moved that Council not object
<br />to this transfer. The motion was seconded by Mr. Limpert. Roll call: Nashar, yes;
<br />Limpert, yes; O'Grady, yes; Gareau, yes; McKay, no. The motion passed with four
<br />affirmative votes and one negative vote.

<br />affirmative votes and one negative vote.

<br />moved that Council not object to this transfer. The motion was seconded by Mr.
<br />Limpert. Roll call: Nashar, yes; Limpert, yes; Gareau, yes; McKay, no; O'Grady, yes.
<br />The motion passed with four affirmative votes and one negative vote.

<br />Nashar moved that Council not object to this transfer. The motion was seconded by
<br />Mr. Limpert. Roll call: Nashar, yes; Limpert, yes; McKay, no; O'Grady, yes; Gareau,
<br />yes. The motion passed with four affirmative votes and one negative vote.
<br />• A Beverage Inc., DBA Northern Beverage, 25911 Great Northern Shopping Center,
<br />to A Beverage Inc., DBA Minotti's, 26840 Brookpark Road Extension. Mr. Nashar
<br />moved that Council not object to this transfer of permit and location. The motion was
<br />seconded by Mr. Limpert and unanimously passed.
<br />Mr. O'Grady, Chairperson of the Intra-Governmental Relations and Legislation; Long-
<br />Range Planning Committee: 1) The committee met at 6 p.m. this evening. Present were
<br />all members of Council, Mayor Musial, Directors of Law, Finance and Public Safety. The
<br />following items were discussed:
<br />a. Appointments to the Finance and BZD Committees and the 1998 President Pro Tem.
<br />b. Ordinances 97-113 and 97-122. With regard to Ordinance 97-122, which deals with
<br />the Mayor's ability to make interim appointments to directors, the consensus of Council
<br />was that this was warranted and it would give the Mayor the flexibility he needs. Council
<br />had no objection to Ordinance 97-122. With regard to Ordinance 97-113, which deals
<br />with the changing pay scale when the Administrative Assistant position moves from afull-
<br />time position to a part-time position, there was some debate on the rationale for the
<br />numbers that were arrived at and the numbers that actually showed up in the ordinance. It
<br />should be emphasized that these numbers were openly discussed during meetings of
