An ordinance amending Section 927.06 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, entitled "Stormwater Channel Erosion Control Standards," and declaring an emergency. Mr. Miller moved for adoption; second by Mr. Gareau; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 99-130 adopted. Resolution No. 99-132 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its third reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Safety to advertise for bids for an emergency rescue vehicle, equipment and accessories to be used by the North Olmsted Fire Department and authorizing the Mayor to contract for the same and declaring an emergency. Mr. O'Grady moved for adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Resolution No. 99-132 adopted. Resolution No. 99-134 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its third reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for Springvale parking lot improvements as detailed in the plans and specifications on file and authorizing the Mayor to contract for the same and declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second by Mr. O'Grady; motion passed unanimously. Resolution No. 99-134 adopted. Ordinance No. 99-135 introduced by Mr. Limpert was given its second reading. An ordinance authorizing and directing Don Copeland, Director of the Department of Human Resources, to make application on behalf of the City of North Olmsted for Community Development Block Grant funds for the fiscal year 2000 for multiple projects titled Acquisition and Demolition of Commercial Retail Property and Sidewalk Curbcuts For Disabled Persons and Older Persons, and declaring an emergency as amended. 11 ~.
