Council Minutes of 9/7/99 <br />y Ordinance No. 99-109 introduced by Mr. Miller was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance creating new Section 1139.13 of the North Olmsted Zoning Code regulating <br />the outdoor, unenclosed storage of motor vehicles at motor vehicle repair facilities. <br />Ordinance No. 99-110 introduced by Mr. Miller was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance creating new Section 1119.06 of the North Olmsted Zoning Code requiring <br />that developers report certain income tax information to the city prior to obtaining <br />occupancy permits following commercial construction or new residential construction in <br />the city as amended. <br />Ordinance No. 99-111 introduced by Mr. Miller was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance creating new Section 337.30 of the Traffic Code of the City of North Olmsted <br />so as to prohibit the excessively loud playing of sound devices while operating motor <br />vehicles, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 99-112 introduced by Mr. Miller was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance amending Section 745.05 of the Hotel and Motel Tax Code, entitled "Records; <br />Inspection; Destruction," in order to impose a duty upon the Director of Finance to <br />conduct annual audits of excise tax returns filed by hotel and motel vendors in the City of <br />North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 99-113 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Miller. An <br />ordinance amending Section 1119.01 of the North Olmsted Zoning Code, entitled <br />"Building Permit Required," in order to prohibit commercial and new residential <br />developers from obtaining building permits for real property development when real <br />property taxes are due and owing. <br />Resolution No. 99-114 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for a maximum <br />of 35,000 gallons of sodium aluminate per each twelve-month period, for use by the <br />Wastewater Treatment Plant, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 99-115 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for 5,000 tons <br />of asphalt and tack coating of city streets, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, <br />and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 99-116 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for 2,000 tons <br />of stone for various Service Department needs, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for <br />same, and declaring an emergency. <br />12 <br />~, <br />i <br />
