Council Minutes of 9/7/99 <br />Ordinance No. 99-101 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance allowing the Director of Public Service to sell surplus personal computer <br />equipment to city employees or city residents, and declaring an emergency as amended. <br />Mr. O'Grady moved for adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. <br />Ordinance No. 99-101 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 99-102 introduced by Mrs. Kasler was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance amending Section 1363.07 of Chapter 1363 of the Real Property Maintenance <br />Code, entitled "Duties and Responsibilities of Owners and Operators," so as to require <br />owners and operators of commercial premises to maintain and, when necessary, replace <br />trees, shrubs and other plantings which are part of a landscape plan approved by the city, <br />and declaring an emergency as amended. Mrs. Kasler moved for adoption; second by <br />Mr. Miller; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 99-102 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 99-103 introduced by Mr. O'Grady on behalf of Mayor Musial, Mr. <br />Limpert and himself was given its third reading. A resolution calling upon the Cuyahoga <br />County Commissioners, the County Treasurer, and the County Linked Deposit Program <br />Coordinator to consider the inclusion of the City of North Olmsted in the Cuyahoga <br />County Linked Deposit Program and declaring an emergency. Mr. O'Grady moved for <br />adoption; second by Mr. Limpert; motion passed unanimously. Resolution No. 99-103 <br />adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 99-66 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance creating new Section 915.19 of Chapter 915 of the Codified Ordinances of the <br />City of North Olmsted, entitled "User Charge System," in order to provide for a method <br />of collecting delinquent sewer charges, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 99-105 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance establishing the compensation and benefits to be paid to all part-time hourly <br />employees employed by the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 99-106 introduced by Mr. Miller was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance creating new Section 1139.12 of the North Olmsted Zoning Code regulating <br />the location of free-standing industrialized units on commercial property as amended. <br />Ordinance No. 99-107 introduced by Mrs. Kasler on behalf of the Mayor, herself and all <br />of Council was given its second reading. An ordinance creating a Safe Traffic Oriented <br />Policing ("STOP") Unit in the City of North Olmsted Police Department and establishing <br />a special revenue fund for the payment of compensation to members of the "STOP" Unit, <br />and declaring an emergency as amended. <br />11 <br />
