Ordinance No. 99-94 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 99-95 introduced by Mr. O'Grady was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of notes in a maximum aggregate principal <br />amount of $150,000, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of <br />constructing and reconstructing storm sewers and storm water drainage facilities, and <br />declaring an emergency. Mr. O'Grady moved for adoption; second by Mr. Limpert; <br />motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 99-95 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 99-96 introduced by Mr. O'Grady was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of notes in a maximum aggregate principal <br />amount of $260,000, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of <br />improving the city administration complex by renovating, remodeling, rehabilitating, <br />furnishing, equipping and otherwise improving the Town Hall included therein and <br />improving the site thereof by removing and replacing underground storage tanks and <br />otherwise modifying fuel storage facilities and equipment, in each case together with the <br />necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto, and declaring an emergency. Mr. <br />O'Grady moved for adoption; second by Mrs. Kasler; motion passed unanimously. <br />Ordinance No. 99-96 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 99-97 introduced by Mr. O'Grady was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of notes in a maximum aggregate principal <br />amount of $202,000, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of <br />constructing and reconstructing storm sewers and storm water drainage facilities, and <br />declaring an emergency. Mr. O'Grady moved for adoption; second by Mr. Limpert; <br />motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 99-97 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 99-98 introduced by Mr. O'Grady was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of notes in a maximum aggregate principal <br />amount of $1,100,000, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of <br />improving certain designated streets in the city, in cooperation with Cuyahoga County, <br />the City of Westlake and the Director of Transportation of the State of Ohio and <br />otherwise, by grading, draining, curbing, reconstructing the pavement base, preparing the <br />surface, surfacing and resurfacing and installing street lighting and related underground <br />wiring, in each case together with the necessary appurtenances and work incidental <br />thereto, and declaring an emergency. Mr. O'Grady moved for adoption; second by Mrs. <br />Kasler; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 99-98 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 99-100 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance creating new Chapter 1369 of the Building Code of the City of North Olmsted, <br />entitled "Fences and Screen Walls," for the purpose of standardizing fence construction <br />in the City of North Olmsted, particularly as applied to residential neighborhoods in order <br />to promote good neighborly relations in neighborhoods, and declaring an emergency as <br />amended.
