Council Minutes of 9/7/99 <br />declaring an emergency. Mr. O'Grady moved for adoption; second by Mr. Limpert; <br />motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 99-89 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 99-90 introduced by Mr. O'Grady was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of notes in a maximum aggregate principal <br />amount of $420,000, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of <br />improving the city's sanitary sewerage system by constructing sanitary sewers, force <br />mains and pumping facilities and by constructing and reconstructing storm sewers and <br />other storm water drainage facilities and improvements to control and limit the volume of <br />storm water entering or otherwise affecting the sanitary sewerage system, in each case <br />together with the necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto, and declaring an <br />emergency. Mr. O'Grady moved for adoption; second by Mrs. Kasler; motion passed <br />unanimously. Ordinance No. 99-90 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 99-91 introduced by Mr. O'Grady was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of notes in a maximum aggregate principal <br />amount of $400,000, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of <br />improving the city's park and recreational facilities by remodeling, renovating, <br />rehabilitating and otherwise improving the Recreation Center, and declaring an <br />emergency. Mr. O'Grady moved for adoption; second by Mrs. Kasler; motion passed <br />unanimously. Ordinance No. 99-91 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 99-92 introduced by Mr. O'Grady was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of notes in a maximum aggregate principal <br />amount of $312,000, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of <br />improving the city's park and recreational facilities by remodeling, renovating, <br />rehabilitating and otherwise improving the Recreation Center, and declaring an <br />emergency. Mr. O'Grady moved for adoption; second by Mrs. Kasler; motion passed <br />unanimously. Ordinance No. 99-92 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 99-93 introduced by Mr. O'Grady was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of notes in a maximum aggregate principal <br />amount of $300,000, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of <br />improving the city's park and recreational facilities by remodeling, renovating, <br />rehabilitating and otherwise improving the Recreation Center, and declaring an <br />emergency.
