An <br />ordinance amending Section 901.07 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North <br />Olmsted, entitled "Treelawn Openings; Permit and Fee" in order to provide for alternate <br />methods and materials for treelawn brickscapes, and declaring an emergency as amended. <br />Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. <br />Ordinance No. 99-67 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 99-75 introduced by Mr. Gareau was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance creating new Section 903.04 of Chapter 903 of the Streets, Utilities and Public <br />Services Code, entitled "Sidewalks" to require the construction or reconstruction of <br />sidewalks in the public right-of--way abutting commercial property in the City of North <br />Olmsted which is in the process of development or redevelopment, and declaring an <br />emergency. Mr. Gareau moved for adoption; second by Mr. McKay; motion passed <br />unanimously. Ordinance No. 99-75 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 99-81 introduced by Mr. Limpert was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance expressing the conditional intent of the City of North Olmsted to issue <br />industrial revenue bonds of the city pursuant to Chapter 165, Ohio Revised Code, <br />authorizing a declaration of official intent under, U. S. Treasury regulations with respect <br />to reimbursements from proceeds of those bonds, to assist Horizon Activities Center, Inc. <br />in financing certain commercial facilities, authorizing the execution of an agreement <br />relating to such bonds, and related matters. Mr. Limpert moved to table; motion <br />seconded by Mr. Nashar and unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 99-81 tabled. <br />Ordinance No. 99-85 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement <br />with Alan Fishman to provide engineering services for the design of North Olmsted <br />skatepark at the Recreation Center and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 99-87 introduced by Mr. O'Grady was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance to make and transfer appropriations for current expenses and other <br />expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1999 as <br />amended. Mr. O'Grady moved for suspension of the rule requiring three readings; <br />second by Mr. Gareau; motion passed unanimously.
