If we saved it all, the Council Chambers would be filled every meeting with unhappy residents. LEGISLATION Ordinance No. 99-67 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its third reading. An ordinance amending Section 901.07 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, entitled "Treelawn Openings; Permit and Fee" in order to provide for alternate methods and materials for treelawn brickscapes, and declaring an emergency as amended. Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 99-67 adopted. Ordinance No. 99-75 introduced by Mr. Gareau was given its third reading. An ordinance creating new Section 903.04 of Chapter 903 of the Streets, Utilities and Public Services Code, entitled "Sidewalks" to require the construction or reconstruction of sidewalks in the public right-of--way abutting commercial property in the City of North Olmsted which is in the process of development or redevelopment, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Gareau moved for adoption; second by Mr. McKay; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 99-75 adopted. Ordinance No. 99-81 introduced by Mr. Limpert was given its second reading. An ordinance expressing the conditional intent of the City of North Olmsted to issue industrial revenue bonds of the city pursuant to Chapter 165, Ohio Revised Code, authorizing a declaration of official intent under, U. S. Treasury regulations with respect to reimbursements from proceeds of those bonds, to assist Horizon Activities Center, Inc. in financing certain commercial facilities, authorizing the execution of an agreement relating to such bonds, and related matters. Mr. Limpert moved to table; motion seconded by Mr. Nashar and unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 99-81 tabled. Ordinance No. 99-85 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement with Alan Fishman to provide engineering services for the design of North Olmsted skatepark at the Recreation Center and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 99-87 introduced by Mr. O'Grady was given its second reading. An ordinance to make and transfer appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1999 as amended. Mr. O'Grady moved for suspension of the rule requiring three readings; second by Mr. Gareau; motion passed unanimously.
