Council Minutes of 8/3/99 <br />Ordinance No. 99-85 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An <br />,; ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement <br />with Alan Fishman to provide engineering services for the design of North Olmsted <br />skatepark at the Recreation Center and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 99-87 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. O'Grady. An <br />ordinance to make and transfer appropriations for current expenses and other <br />expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1999. <br />Ordinance No. 99-88 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. O'Grady who <br />noted that the fiscal officer's certificate was attached. An ordinance providing for the <br />issuance and sale of notes in a maximum aggregate principal amount of $162,000, in <br />anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of constructing, furnishing, <br />equipping and otherwise improving an addition to the city's police station and preparing <br />and improving the site thereof, and declaring an emergency. <br />"' Ordinance No. 99-89 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. O'Grady who <br />noted that the fiscal officer's certificate was attached. An ordinance providing for the <br />issuance and sale of notes in a maximum aggregate principal amount of $500,000, in <br />anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of improving the city's sanitary <br />sewerage system by constructing and reconstructing storm sewers and other storm water <br />drainage facilities and improvements to control and limit the volume of storm water <br />entering or otherwise affecting the sanitary sewerage system, in each case together with <br />the necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 99-90 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. O'Grady who <br />noted that the fiscal officer's certificate was attached. An ordinance providing for the <br />issuance and sale of notes in a maximum aggregate principal amount of $420,000, in <br />anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of improving the city's sanitary <br />sewerage system by constructing sanitary sewers, force mains and pumping facilities and. <br />;. by constructing and reconstructing storm sewers and other storm water drainage facilities <br />and improvements to control and limit the volume of storm water entering or otherwise <br />.affecting the sanitary sewerage system, in each case together with the necessary <br />appurtenances and work incidental thereto, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 99-91 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. O'Grady who <br />noted that the fiscal officer's certificate was attached. An ordinance providing for the <br />issuance and sale of notes in a maximum aggregate principal amount of $400,000, in <br />anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of improving the city's park and <br />recreational facilities by remodeling, renovating, rehabilitating and otherwise improving <br />the Recreation Center, and declaring an emergency <br />Ordinance No. 99-92 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. O'Grady who <br />noted that the fiscal officer's certificate was attached.
