MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE COUNCIL <br />~. <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />T., . <br />MAY 18, 1999 <br />Present: Council President Saringer, Council Members Gareau, Kasler, Limpert, <br />McKay, Miller, Nashar, O'Grady <br />Also Present: Mayor Musial, Law Director Gareau, Finance Director Copfer, Clerk of <br />Council Seman <br />Council President Saringer called the meeting to order at 8:03 p.m. in Council Chambers, <br />5200 Dover Center Road, North Olmsted, Ohio. <br />Members of the audience were invited to join Council in reciting the Pledge of <br />Allegiance to the Flag as led by the 1999 Scout Honorary Officials. <br />President Saringer announced that Ordinance No. 99-50 and Resolution 99-57 would be <br />passed under suspension of the rules. <br />The minutes of the Council meeting of Apri120, 1999 were approved as written. <br />Since Mr. O'Grady had been absent from the Council meeting of May 5, he asked to <br />record his votes as follows: Resolution 99-41, yes; Resolution 99-43, yes; Ordinance <br />99-45, yes; Resolution 99-48, yes; Ordinance 99-40, yes. <br />President Saringer introduced Mr. Mike Fioritto, the Scout Honorary Officials <br />Chairperson for 1999. Mr. Fioritto introduced Mr. and Mrs. Scouting for 1999, Mrs. <br />Pamela Bolda and Mr. Barry Gummow, who came forward and were congratulated by <br />Council and the administration.
