Council Minutes of 3/16/99 <br />Ordinance No. 99-23 introduced by Mr. O'Grady was given its third reading. An <br />~,, ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of notes in a maximum aggregate principal <br />amount of $500,000, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of <br />improving the city's sanitary sewerage system by constructing and reconstructing storm <br />sewers and other storm water drainage facilities and improvements to control and limit <br />the volume of storm water entering or otherwise affecting the sanitary sewerage system, <br />in each case together with the necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto. Mr. <br />O'Grady moved for adoption; second by Mr. Limpert; motion passed unanimously. <br />Ordinance No. 99-23 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 99-24 introduced by Mr. O'Grady was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of notes in a maximum aggregate principal <br />amount of $300,000, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of <br />improving the city's park and recreational facilities by remodeling, renovating, <br />rehabilitating and otherwise improving the Recreation Center. Mr. O'Grady moved for <br />adoption; second by Mr. Limpert; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 99-24 <br />adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 99-25 introduced by Mr. O'Grady was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of notes in a maximum aggregate principal <br />amount of $150,000, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of <br />constructing and reconstructing storm sewers and storm water drainage facilities. Mr. <br />O'Grady moved for adoption; second by Mr. Limpert; motion passed unanimously. <br />Ordinance No. 99-25 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 99-26 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for paint <br />striping of streets at various locations in the City of North Olmsted as detailed in the <br />specifications on file and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Resolution No. 99-27 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for pavement <br />improvements in Woodview Drive as detailed in the plans and specifications on file and <br />authorizing the Mayor to contract for the same, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 99-28 introduced by Mr. McKay and Mr. Nashar was given its second <br />reading. A resolution requesting the Ohio Department of Transportation to improve <br />Lorain Road, State Route 10, from the west corporation line to the east corporation line <br />by resurfacing and curb and catch basin repair, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 99-29 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance to transfer funds from the Bus Fund to the General Fund in the amount of <br />$120,153 for materials and parts reimbursement funds received from the Greater <br />Cleveland Regional Transit Authority in the 1995 and 1996 annual audits of the North <br />:~ <br />.. <br />10 <br />
