Council Minutes of 3/16/99 <br />Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, in which these materials and parts were owned by the City <br />of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 99-30 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance establishing an account in the Wastewater Treatment Plant Fund of the City of <br />North Olmsted for the purpose of improving the city's sanitary sewer system by <br />constructing and reconstructing storm sewers and other storm water drainage facilities <br />and improvements to control and limit the volume of storm water entering or otherwise <br />affecting the sanitary sewerage system and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 99-31 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its second reading. An <br />emergency ordinance enacted by the City of North Olmsted, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, in <br />the matter of the hereinafter described improvement and to request cooperation by the <br />Director of Transportation. (Upgrade signing on Interstate 480.) <br />Ordinance No. 99-32 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance to establish within the Special Revenue Fund Group a "Community Diversion <br />Fund" of the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 99-33 introduced by Mr. Limpert was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance amending Section 521.08 of Chapter 521 of the General Offenses Code, <br />entitled "Health, Safety and Sanitation," so as to prohibit the outdoor storage of motor <br />vehicles without current and valid license plates, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 99-35 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City <br />of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1999 as amended. <br />Ordinance No. 99-36 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An <br />ordinance amending Section 943.07 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North <br />Olmsted, entitled "Rates for Opening and Closing Graves; Staking for Monuments or <br />Headstones." (Assigned to Finance Committee.) <br />Ordinance No. 99-37 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay. An <br />ordinance amending Section 741.03 of Chapter 741 of the Business Regulation Code of <br />the City of North Olmsted, entitled "Deliveries to Commercial Establishments," so as to <br />prohibit making or receiving deliveries, or running engines of motor vehicles, near <br />residences between the hours of 9 p.m. and 8 a.m. and declaring an emergency. <br />(Assigned to Public Safety, Health & Welfare Committee.) <br />Ordinance No. 99-40 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Gareau. An <br />ordinance creating new and revised Chapter 165 of the Administrative Code of the City <br />of North Olmsted, entitled "Landmarks Commission," for the purpose of further <br />preserving and promoting the city's landmarks and landmarks districts, and declaring an <br />emergency. (Assigned jointly to Building, Zoning and Development and Intra- <br />Governmental Relations and Legislation; Long-Range Planning Committees.) <br />11 <br /> <br />
