Council Minutes of 12/5/010 <br />Ordinance No. 2000-168 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial, on <br />,,,~; behalf of himself and the entire Council. An ordinance approving an agreement with the <br />Board of Trustees of the Cuyahoga County Public Library concerning the acquisition, <br />construction, lease and occupancy of real property and the purchase and use of personal <br />property for the purpose of operating a free public library; and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2000-169 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. <br />An ordinance adopting the plan of operation and governance for the electricity <br />aggregation program for the City of North Olmsted and other member of the Northeast <br />Ohio Public Energy Council, and declaring an emergency. <br />MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS <br />President Saringer made the following committee assignments: Ordinances 2000-111, <br />2000-164, 2000-165, 2000-166, 2000-167, 2000-168 to Finance Committee; Ordinance <br />2000-169 to Legislative Committee. <br />Mr. McKay scheduled a Finance Committee meeting for 6 p.m. on Monday, December <br />18, to discuss the assigned ordinances and the proposed funding of the Vision Year 2000 <br />Committee. The Mayor and Finance Director are asked to attend. <br />Mr. Nashar tentatively scheduled a BZD Committee meeting for 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, <br />December 12, pending on whether there would be items referred from the Planning <br />Commission. The Building Commissioner and City Engineer are asked to attend. <br />Mr. O'Grady moved to excuse the absence of Councilwoman Kasler. The motion was <br />seconded by Councilman Limpert and passed unanimously. <br />With the agenda being completed and there being no further business to come before <br />Council, President Saringer adjourned the meeting at 9 p.m. <br />Barbara L.
