Mr. O'Grady said he thought we can all put a ditto on Mrs. Kasler's comments from all of Council. Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Gareau. With regard to Ordinance 2000-158, Mr. O'Grady said he does not feel the need to receive a copy of the Fiscal Off'icer's certificate. Rather, it should just be given to the Finance Committee chairperson. Finance Committee chairperson McKay said he would like the certificates to be given to all Council members who wish to have them. Mr. O'Grady agreed with that statement and said that he did not need to receive them. Mr. McKay scheduled a Finance Committee meeting following the special meeting at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, November 27. The Mayor and Finance Director are asked to attend. Mrs. Kasler, scheduled a Legislative Committee meeting following the Finance Committee to discuss Resolution 2000-160, for which the Mayor and Mr. Terbrack are asked to be present; Ordinance 2000-117, the Safety Director is asked to be present; Resolution 2000-155, Mr. McKay is asked to be present. Mr. Nashar scheduled a BZD Committee meeting immediately following the Legislative Committee meeting on November 27 to discuss Ordinance 2000-161. Mr. Conway or his representative is asked to attend.
