Special Council Minutes of 5/8/2000 <br />Ordinance No. 2000-46 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its third reading. An <br />,~_~.. <br />;,, ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of notes in a maximum aggregate principal <br />amount of $170,000, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of <br />improving the city's Police Station by replacing portions of its heating, ventilation and air <br />conditioning system, together with necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto. <br />Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second by Mr. Limpert; motion passed unanimously. <br />Ordinance No. 2000-46 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2000-47 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of notes in a maximum aggregate principal <br />amount of $50,000, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of improving <br />existing city storm sewers and storm water drainage facilities. Mr. McKay moved for <br />adoption; second by Mr. O'Grady; motion passed unanimously.
