Council Minutes of 2/15/2000 <br />President Saringer assigned Ordinance 2000-14 to the Finance Committee and <br />'"~" Transportation Committee; Ordinance 2000-15 to Transportation Committee; Ordinance <br />2000-16 to Recreation and Finance Committees; Resolution 2000-17 to Streets & <br />Drainage Committee. <br />Mr. Miller suggested that the Cable TV Advisory Committee meet to discuss the newest <br />rate increases. Mayor Musial and Law Director Gareau stated that by law there was little <br />the city could do to restrict cable rates. <br />Pursuant to the Rules of Council, Mr. Gareau cast his votes for legislation passed at <br />meetings when he was absent. February 1, 2000: Ordinance 98-130, yes; Ordinance <br />2000-3, yes; Ordinance 2000-4, yes; Ordinance 2000-5, yes. Special Council meeting of <br />February 3, 2000: Ordinance 98-131, yes. Mrs. Kasler, who was absent for the special <br />meeting of February 3, 2000, cast the following vote: Ordinance 98-13 1, yes. <br />With the agenda being completed and there being no further business to come before <br />Council, President Saringer adjourned the meeting at 9:45 p.m. <br />Barbara L.
