Council Minutes of 2/1/2000 Ordinance No. 2000-6 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An ~`' ordinance establishing an account in the Wastewater Treatment Plant Fund of the City of North Olmsted for the purpose of improving the city's sanitary sewer system by constructing and reconstructing storm sewers and other storm water drainage facilities and improvements to control and limit the volume of storm water entering or otherwise affecting the sanitary sewerage system and declaring an emergency as amended. Ordinance No. 2000-7 introduced by Mr. Gareau was given its second reading. An ordinance accepting a storm sewer easement located on property owned by the Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company and designated as Permanent Parcel No. 234-09-007 and 234-09-008 on the Cuyahoga County Maps and Records, said easement shown on Exhibit "A" and described in Exhibit "B" and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 2000-8 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. A resolution expressing the City of North Olmsted's commitment to participate and cooperate in the taking of the year 2000 decennial census. Ordinance No. 2000-9 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Miller. An ordinance amending the Traffic Control File of the City of North Olmsted and Ordinance No. 86-30 to replace the existing "No Turn on Red" (R-23-24) sign with a new "No Turn on Red" (R-23-24) sign that includes the supplementary legend "7 a. m. to 8 p.m." at the intersection of Dover Center Road and Brookpark extension for traffic traveling in a westerly direction on Brookpark extension and turning north onto Dover Center Road and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 2000-10 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Safety to advertise for bids for printing of the Spring/Summer and Autumn/Winter North Olmsted Parks and Recreation Department brochure, as per specifications now on file in his office, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for the same, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 2000-11 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An ordinance to establish a "Selective Traffic Enforcement Program" Fund of the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 2000-12 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial on behalf of himself and the entire Council. An ordinance creating new and revised Chapter 1163 of the Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted entitled "Signs." Ordinance No. 2000-13 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Nashar on behalf of Mr. Gareau. An ordinance providing for the amendment of the Zone Map of the City of North Olmsted in order to supplementally zone the hereinafter described parcels of real property, so as to include them within the Wireless Telecommunication Facilities Overlay District ("WTFO") of the City of North Olmsted. 6
