Council Minutes of 2/1/2000 <br />Mr. Limpert suggested that Council consider calling a special meeting for passage of <br />Ordinance 98-131 since it could not be passed under suspension of the rules. After <br />discussion and consideration of the notice requirements, Council decided to hold a <br />special meeting at 7 p.m. on Thursday, February 3, for third reading and passage of <br />Ordinance No. 98-131. <br />LEGISLATION <br />Ordinance No. 98-130 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance to amend the Zoning Code to add a new Chapter 1151, "Wireless <br />Telecommunication Facilities Regulations and Wireless Telecommunication Facilities <br />Overlay (WTFO) District." Mr. Nashar moved for adoption; second by Mr. O'Grady; <br />motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 98-130 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 2000-3 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its third reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for pavement <br />markings of streets at various locations in the City of North Olmsted as detailed in the <br />specifications on file and authorizing the Mayor to contract for the same, and declaring <br />an emergency. Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second by Mr. Limpert; motion passed <br />unanimously. Resolution No. 2000-3 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 2000-4 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its third reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for construction <br />of catch basin, manhole, sidewalk, curbing and pavement repairs at various locations in <br />the City of North Olmsted as detailed in the specifications on file and authorizing the <br />Mayor to contract for the same, and declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay moved for <br />adoption; second by Mr. Limpert; motion passed unanimously. Resolution No. 2000-4 <br />adopted. <br />Resolution No. 2000-5 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its third reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for construction <br />of street lighting at various locations in the City of North Olmsted as detailed in the <br />specifications on file and authorizing the Mayor to contract for the same, and declaring <br />an emergency. Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second by Mr. O'Grady; motion passed <br />unanimously. Resolution No. 2000-5 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 98-131 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading as <br />amended. An ordinance providing for the amendment of the Zone Map of the City of <br />North Olmsted in order to supplementally zone the hereinafter described parcels of real <br />property, so as to include them within the new Wireless Telecommunication Facilities <br />Overlay District ("WTFO") of the City of North Olmsted as twice amended. <br /> <br />5 <br />
