Council Minutes of 12/3/20(11 <br />,,,, LEGISLATION <br />,,. Ordinance No. 98-51 introduced by the Mayor and entire Council was given its third <br />reading. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement modifying the <br />existing agreement regazding capital chazges for sewer improvements between the City of <br />North Olmsted and the City of Fairview Pazk, and declaring an emergency. Councilman <br />McKay moved to table the ordinance. The motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert <br />and passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 98-51 tabled. <br />Ordinance No. 98-52 introduced by the Mayor and entire Council was given its third <br />reading. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement, modifying the <br />existing sewer service agreement between the City of North Olmsted and the City of <br />Fairview Pazk under which a portion of the City of Fairview Pazk is served by the city's <br />sanitary sewer system, and declaring an emergency. Councilman O'Grady moved to <br />table the ordinance. The motion was seconded by Councilman Nashar and passed <br />unanimously. Ordinance No. 98-52 tabled. <br />Resolution No. 98-63 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its third reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Mayor to submit and seek financial assistance from the State <br />Natureworks Local Grants Program administered by the Ohio Department of Natural <br />Resources for funding of stormwater management and accessory improvements at the <br />City of North Olmsted's Springvale Golf Course and declaring an emergency. <br />Councilman McKay moved to table the resolution. The motion was seconded by <br />Councilman Nashaz and passed unanimously. Resolution No. 98-63 tabled. <br />Ordinance No. 99-127 introduced by Councilman McKay and Councilman Gazeau was <br />given its third reading. An ordinance providing for the amendment of the Zone Map of <br />the City of North Olmsted by changing the hereinafter described parcels of real property <br />located on Kennedy Ridge Road, from Mixed Use District to Single Family Cluster <br />District. Councilman McKay moved to table the ordinance. The motion was seconded <br />by Councilman Nashaz and passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 99-127 tabled. <br />Resolution No. 2000-25 introduced by Councilwoman Kasler was given its third reading. <br />A resolution urging the North Olmsted School Boazd to take any and all action necessary <br />to seek an adjustment of the North Olmsted School District's boundaries so as to include <br />within the district that portion of the Cinnamon Woods Development recently annexed to <br />the City of North Olmsted, but still located within the boundazies of the Olmsted Falls <br />School District, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Miller moved to table the <br />resolution. The motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert and passed unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 2000-25 tabled. <br />Ordinance No. 2000-77 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor to consent to amended use restrictions on the North <br />Olmsted Golf Course in order to allow for the construction of a Hall of Fame and <br />administrative building.
