Council Minutes of 11/20/2001 <br />,..~. of North Olmsted as per specifications now on file in his office, and authorizing the <br />Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Limpert moved <br />for suspension of the rule requiring three readings. The motion was seconded by <br />Councilman O'Grady and passed unanimously. Councilman Limpert moved for <br />adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman O'Grady and passed unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 2001-125 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 2001-132 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for 5,000 tons <br />of asphalt and tack coating of city streets, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, <br />and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 2001-133 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for cracksealing <br />on various streets in the City of North Olmsted, as per specifications now on file in his <br />office, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 2001-134 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for diesel fuel <br />and gasoline products for use by the City of North Olmsted, as per specifications now on <br />file in his office, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an <br />emergency. Councilman McKay moved for suspension of the rule requiring three <br />readings. The motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert and passed unanimously. <br />Councilman McKay moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman <br />Limpert and passed unanimously. Resolution No. 2001-134 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 2001-135 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for partial depth <br />concrete joint repair on various streets in the City of North Olmsted, as per specifications <br />now on file in his office, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring <br />an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 2001-136 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for pulva- <br />mixing on various streets in the City of North Olmsted, as per specifications now on file <br />in his office, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2001-137 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An <br />emergency ordinance enacted by the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga, Ohio, <br />in the matter of the hereinafter described improvement. (Pavemem surface treatment to <br />Columbia Road from Lorain Road to the north corporation line.) Councilman Limpert <br />moved for suspension of the rule requiring three readings. The motion was seconded by <br />Councilman Dailey and passed unanimously. Councilman Limpert moved for adoption. <br />The motion was seconded by Councilman Dailey and passed unanimously.
