Council Minutes of 11/20/2001 Resolution No. 2001-138 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for 5,000 tons of stone for various Service Department needs, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 2001-139 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Services to advertise for bids for a maximum of 35,000 gallons of sodium aluminate for yeaz 2002 for use by the Wastewater Treatment Plant, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declazing an emergency as amended. Councilman McKay moved for suspension of the rule requiring three readings. The motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert and passed unanimously. Councilman McKay moved for adoption. Ordinance No. 2001-140 introduced by Councilman Miller on behalf of himself and Councilman McKay was given its second reading. An ordinance amending the Traffic Control Fite of the City of North Olmsted by providing for the installation of "No Parking" signs on Coe and Elm Roads near the intersection of Coe and Elm Roads, and declaring an emergency as amended. Ordinance No. 2001-142 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An ordinance to make and transfer appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 2001 as amended. A resolution accepting the amounts and rates as determined by the Budget Commission and authorizing the necessary tax levies and certifying them to the County Auditor.
