Council Minutes of 10/16/2001 <br />LEGISLATION <br />Ordinance No. 2001-103 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance amending the Traffic Control File of the City of North Olmsted to provide for <br />the installation of a traffic signal system at the intersection of Dover Cemer Road and <br />Driscoll Lane/Cottonwood Trail as amended. Councilman Limpert moved for adoption. <br />The motion was seconded by Councilman O'Grady and passed unanimously. Ordinance <br />No. 2001-103 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2001-108 introduces by Councilman Miller was given its third reading. <br />An ordinance amending Section 1123.09 of the Zoning Code in order to establish a clear <br />procedure for notice to be given to condominium property owners affected by requested <br />variances as amended. Councilman Miller moved for adoption. The motion was <br />seconded by Councilman Nashaz and passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 2001-108 <br />adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2001-109 introduced by Councilman Nashaz was given its third reading. <br />An ordinance amending Section 1163.02, 1163.10 and 1163.15 of Chapter 1163 (Signs) <br />of the Zoning Code so as to clarify the definition of the word "Sign" as used in Chapter <br />1163, and further to provide for the removal of abandoned signs, and nonconforming <br />signs the use of which has been voluntarily discontinued, in a manner which is consistent <br />with the requirements of Section 713.15 of the Ohio Revised Code. Councilman Nashaz <br />moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman McKay and passed <br />unanimously. Ordinance No. 2001-109 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2001-111 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement <br />with Chagrin Valley Engineering Services for the design of building improvements at <br />North Olmsted Park including concession stand, storage room, restrooms and shelter azea <br />and declaring an emergency. Councilman Miller moved for adoption. The motion was <br />seconded by Councilman Limpert and passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 2001-11 <br />adopted. <br />Resolution No. 2001-112 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its third reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Mayor to submit and seek financial assistance from the State <br />Issue 2 Infrastructure Bond Program for funding of various municipal capital <br />infrastructure improvements projects, and declaring an emergency. Councilman McKay <br />moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert and passed <br />unanimously. Resolution No. 2001-112 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2001-113 introduced by Councilman Miller was given its third reading. <br />An ordinance amending Section 149.02 of the Administrative Code in order to establish a <br />clear procedure for notice to be given to condominium property owners affected by <br />proposed developments. Councilman Miller moved for adoption. The motion was <br />seconded by Councilman Nashar and passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 2001-113 <br />adopted. <br />11 <br />
