Council Minutes of 10/16/2001 <br />Resolution No. 2001-114 introduced by Councilman McKay was given its third reading. <br />A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for and accept bids <br />for laboratory analytical services to support the Wastewater Treatment Plant, as detailed <br />in the specifications on file, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and <br />declaring an emergency. Councilman McKay moved for adoption. The motion was <br />seconded by Councilman Dailey and passed unanimously. Resolution No. 2001-114 <br />adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2001-116 introduced by Councilman McKay on behalf of himself and <br />Councilman Nashar was given its third reading. An ordinance amending Section 505.16 <br />of Chapter 505 of the General Offenses Code entitled "Animals & Fowl," in order to <br />better regulate the keeping and maintaining of vicious and dangerous animals within the <br />City of North Olmsted, including dogs which menace people, and declaring an <br />emergency. Councilman McKay moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by <br />Councilman Nashaz and passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 2001-116 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2401-117 introduced by Councilman Nashaz on behalf of himself and <br />Councilman McKay was given its third reading. An ordinance amending the Traffic <br />Control File of the City of North Olmsted so as to provide for a uniform speed. limit of <br />thirty-five (35) miles per hour on Great Northern Boulevard from Butternut Ridge Road <br />to Lorain Road. Councilman Nashar moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by <br />Councilman McKay and passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 2001-117 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2001-118 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance amending Section 135.05 of the Administrative Code, presently entitled, <br />"Authority of Assistant Director to Sign Checks," in order to authorize certain employees <br />at Springvale to sign checks for purchases of beer, wine and other liquor for use at <br />Springvale, and declaring an emergency. Councilman McKay moved for adoption. The <br />motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert and passed unanimously. Ordinance <br />No. 2001-118 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 2001-119 introduced by Mayor Musial on behalf of himself and the entire <br />Council was given its second reading. A resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a <br />contract with the Cuyahoga County General Health District for the year 2002, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 2001-120 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for <br />improvements at the Clague Road and Lorain Road intersection as detailed in the plans <br />and specif cations on file and authorizing the Mayor to conrtract for the same and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2001-121 introduced by Councilman Dailey on behalf of himself, <br />Councilman O'Grady and the Mayor was given its second reading. An ordinance <br />authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement with <br />12 <br />
