Council Minutes of 914/Z001 LEGISLATION Ordinance No. 2001-70 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An ordinance accepting a permanent storm sewer easement located on property owned by Paul E. and Teresa A. Grzybowski and designated as Permanem Pazcel No. 235-17-045 on the Cuyahoga County Maps and Records, in connection with the Revere Drive culvert extension, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 2001-97 introduced by Councilman McKay was given its second reading. An ordinance establishing an increase in the imprest petty cash fund within the Recreation Cemer Complex of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 2001-98 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. A resolution adopting the budget of the City of North Olmsted for the yeaz beginning January 1, 2002, and submitting the same to the County Auditor, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 2041-99 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An ordinance establishing the compensation and benefits to be paid to all part-time hourly employees employed by the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 2001-100 was irnroduced and placed on first reading by Councilwoman Kasler. An ordinance authorizing and directing Don Copeland, Director of the Department of Human Resources,, to make application on behalf of the City of North Olmsted for Community Development Block Grant Funds for the fiscal yeaz 2002 for a project titled Street-Scape for the expansion of the Clague Road and Lorain Road intersection. Ordinance No. 2001-101 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An ordinance to make and transfer appropriations for cu~rem expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the yeaz ending December 31, 2~1. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement with Traff--Pro Consultatrts, Inc. to provide design services for the Dover Center Road and Driscoll Lane/Cottonwood Trail intersection traffic signal system and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 2001-103 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An ordinance amending the Traffic Control File of the City of North Olmsted to provide for the installation of a traffic signal system at the intersection of Dover Center Road and Driscoll LaneJCottonwood Trail and declaring an emergency. 10
