Council Minutes of 914/Z001 <br />LEGISLATION <br />Ordinance No. 2001-70 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance accepting a permanent storm sewer easement located on property owned by <br />Paul E. and Teresa A. Grzybowski and designated as Permanem Pazcel No. 235-17-045 <br />on the Cuyahoga County Maps and Records, in connection with the Revere Drive culvert <br />extension, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2001-97 introduced by Councilman McKay was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance establishing an increase in the imprest petty cash fund within the <br />Recreation Cemer Complex of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Resolution No. 2001-98 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. A <br />resolution adopting the budget of the City of North Olmsted for the yeaz beginning <br />January 1, 2002, and submitting the same to the County Auditor, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2041-99 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An <br />ordinance establishing the compensation and benefits to be paid to all part-time hourly <br />employees employed by the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2001-100 was irnroduced and placed on first reading by Councilwoman <br />Kasler. An ordinance authorizing and directing Don Copeland, Director of the <br />Department of Human Resources,, to make application on behalf of the City of North <br />Olmsted for Community Development Block Grant Funds for the fiscal yeaz 2002 for a <br />project titled Street-Scape for the expansion of the Clague Road and Lorain Road <br />intersection. <br />Ordinance No. 2001-101 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. <br />An ordinance to make and transfer appropriations for cu~rem expenses and other <br />expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the yeaz ending December 31, 2~1. <br />Ordinance No. 2001-102 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. <br />An ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an <br />agreement with Traff--Pro Consultatrts, Inc. to provide design services for the Dover <br />Center Road and Driscoll Lane/Cottonwood Trail intersection traffic signal system and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2001-103 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. <br />An ordinance amending the Traffic Control File of the City of North Olmsted to provide <br />for the installation of a traffic signal system at the intersection of Dover Center Road and <br />Driscoll LaneJCottonwood Trail and declaring an emergency. <br /> <br />10 <br /> <br />
