Counc~ Minutes of 9/4/2001 President Saringer made the following committee assignments: Resolution 2001-98 and Ordinances 2001-99, 2001-101, 2001-105 and 2001-106 to Finance Committee; Ordinances 2001-100, 2001-107 and 2001-110 to Legislative Committee; Ordinances 2001-102 and 2001-103 to Transportation Committee; Resohrtion 2001-104 jointly to Recreation and Finance Committees; Ordinances 2001-108 and 2001-109 to BZD Committee. Councilman Nashar scheduled a BZD Committee meeting for 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, September 13. The Building Commissioner and Assistant Law Director Dubelko aze asked to attend. Councilman Nashaz reminded everyone that the North Olmsted Senior Center is sponsoring a spaghetti dinner and silent auction on Wednesday, September 19. Council Dailey scheduled a Transportation Committee meeting for 6:15 p.m. on September 13. T'he Safety Director and Traffic Engineer aze asked to attend. Councilwoman Kesler scheduled a Legislative Committee meeting following the public hearing on September 12. For discussion of Ordinance 2001-100, Mr. Copeland and members of the Community Development Block Grant Committee aze invited to attend. For the discussion of Ordinance 2001-107, Mr. Bohlmann is asked to attend. For discussion of Resoh~tion 2001-110, Mr. Kelly is welcome to attend. Councilman McKay scheduled a Finance Committee meeting for 7 p.m. on September 13. The Finance Director, Safety Director and Service Director are asked to attend. (Mrs. Beringer noted that she had to attend a NOCOP meeting at 7:30 p.m. Mr. McKay said the committee meeting may have to adjourn and pick up after that meeting as a member of the committee is also on the NOCOP board.)
