Council Minutes of 6/19/2001 Resolution No. 2001-81 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. A ~~,.- resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for roof replacement at Springvale Ballroom in the City of North Olmsted as detailed in the specifications on file and authorizing the Mayor to contract for the same, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Limpert moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings and committee review; second by Councilman O'Grady; motion passed unanimously. Councilman Limpert moved for adoption; second by Councilman O'Grady; motion passed unanimously. Resolution No. 2001-81 adopted. MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS President Saringer noted that the Cable Advisory Committee would meet at 7 p.m. on Thursday, June 28. Councilwoman Kasler scheduled an Irrtra-Governmental Relations and Legislation; Long-Range Planning Committee meeting for 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 3. The following legislation will be discussed: Ordinances 2001-74, 2001-OS and Resolution 2001-78. The Service Director, Mayor, a representative from the Law Department and the sponsors of the legislation are asked to attend. Councilman Limpert scheduled a Streets & Drainage Committee meeting for 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 28, to discuss Ordinance 2001-79. The Service Director and a representative from the Engineering Department are asked to attend. Councilman McKay moved to excuse the absence of Councilman Dailey; second by Councilman Nashar; motion passed unanimously.
