Council Minutes of 4/17/2001 .~.~ Ordinance No. 2001-57 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement with Spice Constantino Architects, Inc. to provide design services for the new North '+~` Olmsted public library and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 2001-58 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial An ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement with Zwick Associates, Inc. to provide design services for the Root Road cul-de-sac and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 2001-59 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of notes in a maximum aggregate principal amount of $350,000 in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, to pay costs of acquiring a fire pumper and other relaxed fire apparatus and equipment. Ordinance No. 2001-60 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An ordinance declaring the necessity and intention of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to appropriate certain parcels of real property in the city for the purpose of building a new public library, and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 2001-61 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial on behalf of himself and the entire Council. A resolution urging the passage of the ballot issue for the North Olmsted Schools, and declaring an emergency. MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS Councilman McKay scheduled a Finance Committee meeting on Monday, April 30, at 6:30 p.m. to discuss Resohrtion 2001-50 and Ordinance 2001-59. The Finance Director and the Service Director are asked to attend. President Saringer scheduled aCommittee-of-the-Whole meeting for 5:30 p.m. on Monday, April 23, to discuss several pieces of legislation which will be passed under suspension of the rule at the special Council meeting that evening. Councilman O'Grady scheduled a Public Safety Committee meeting at 6 p.m. on Monday, April 23, to discuss Ordinance 2001-55 and a liquor permit transfer. The Safety Director is asked to attend. Councilman Dailey scheduled a Streets & Drainage Committee meeting for Monday, April 30, immediately following the Finance Committee meeting to discuss Ordinance 2001-58. Service Director Bohlmann is asked to attend. ~~
