Council Minutes of 4/17/2001 said that inspections have been made on commercial properties here for many years. The inspections that he is talking about are for the exterior of residential properties that are not being maintained. LEGISLATION Ordinance No. 2001-46 introduced by Councilwoman Kasler was given its second reading. An ordinance creating new Section 111.02 of Chapter 111 of the City Administrative Code, entitled "Mandatory Minimum Contracting Standards Relating to Bidder Responsibility" which provides for the establishment of minimum contracting responsibility standards to be imposed upon all bidders on city contracts involving improvements to real property. Ordinance No. 2001-51 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement with Serafin Golf Course Design, Inc, to provide design services for golf course features, grading, drainage, irrigation system and maintenance building improvements at Springvale Golf Course and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 2001-52 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An ordinance amending the organizational chart of the Building Division of the Department of Public Safety for the purpose of adding one full time zoning inspector position, and acknowledging the placement of three other existing positions, heretofore paid out of another city fund, in the Building Division organizational chart, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 2001-53 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into atwo-year agreement with Moordough, Inc., DBA Angelina's Pizza, for the purpose of providing concessions at three city parks; and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 2001-55 introduced by Councilwoman Kasler was given its second reading. An ordinance amending the Traffic Control File of the City of North Olmsted by relocating, and modifying the language upon, the two `2To Parking Stopping or Standing" signs on the south side of Sweetbriar Drive, at 26821 and 26893 Sweetbriar Drive, and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 2001-50 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman McKay. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids with an outside contractor for the purpose of providing, on a contract basis, leaf pick-up service throughout the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 2001-56 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement with Burgess & Niple, Limited, to provide design services for dam improvements at Springvale Golf Course and declaring an emergency. 4
