Council Minutes of 4/3/2001 <br />Ordinance No. 2001-46 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilwoman <br />,~„ Ka ler. An ordinance creating new Section 111.02 of Chapter 111 of the City <br />Administrative Code entitled `Mandatory Minimum Contracting Standards Relating to <br />Bidder Responsibility" which provides for the establishment of minimum contracting <br />responsibility standards to be imposed upon all bidders on city contracts involving <br />improvements to real property. <br />Ordinance No. 2001-51 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement <br />with Serafin Golf Course Design, Inc. to provide design services for golf course features, <br />grading, drainage, irrigation system and maintenance building improvements at <br />Springvale Golf Course and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2001-52 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial An <br />ordinance amending the organizational chart of the Building Division of the Department <br />of Public Safety for the purpose of adding one full-time zoning inspector position, and <br />acknowledging the placement of three other exiling positions heretofore paid out of <br />another city fund, in the Building Division organizational chart, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2001-53 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into atwo-year <br />agreement with Moordough, Inc., DBA Angelina's Pizza, for the purpose of providing <br />concessions at three city parks; and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 2001-54 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial on <br />behalf of himself and all members of Council. A resolution declaring June 14, 2001 to be <br />Fla Day in North Olmsted and recognizing, as part of the annual Flag Day activities, the <br />22n National Pause for the Pledge of Allegiance. Councilman O'Grady moved to <br />suspend the rules requiring three readings and review by committee. The motion was <br />seconded by Councilman Nashar and passed unanimously. The motion was seconded by Councilman Nashar and passed unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 2001-54 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2001-55 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilwoman <br />Kasler. An ordinance amending the Traffic Control File of the City of North Olmsted by <br />relocating, and modifying the language upon, the two "No Parking, Stopping or <br />Standing" signs on the south side of Sweetbriar Drive, at 26821 and 26$93 Sweetbriar <br />Drive, and declaring an emergency. <br />MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS <br />President Saringer made the following committee assignments: Ordinance 2001-46 to <br />the Legislative Committee; Ordinances 2001-51 and 2001-53 to the Recreation <br />Committee; Ordinance 2001-52 to the Finance Committee; Ordinance 2001-55 to the <br />Public Safety Committee. <br />9 <br />
