Council Minutes 3/6/2001 ,, resurfacing, constructing and reconstructing curbs, gutters, catch basins, storm sewers, .,,,,_ sanitary sewers, water lines, sidewalks and driveway approaches and installing traffic signs and signalization, street lighting and related underground wiring, where necessary in each case together with the necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto. Ordinance No. 2001-19 introduced by Councilman McKay was given its second reading. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of bonds in the maximum aggregate principal amount of $510,000 for the purpose of improving the city's storm water drainage system by constructing, reconstructing and otherwise improving storm sewers and other storm water drainage facilities, together with the necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto. Ordinance No. 2001-20 introduced by Councilman McKay was given its second reading. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of bonds in the maximum aggregate principal amount of $225,000 for the purpose of improving the city's park and recreational facilities by constructing tennis, shuffieboard and basketball courts and improving playing fields, driveways and parking facilities at North Olmsted Park. Ordinance No. 2001-21 introduced by Councilman McKay was given its second reading. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of bonds in the aggregate principal amount of $35,000 for the purpose of installing a water line, together with the necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto. Ordinance No. 2001-22 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman McKay. An ordinance to make and transfer appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 2001. Resolution No. 2001-23 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the purchase of a biosolids transportation trailer for the Wastewater Division, and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 2001-24 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman. Dailey on behalf of himself; Councilman O'Grady and Mayor Musial. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the installation of an in-ground caution light system at the crosswalk on Clague Road nearest to the driveway entrance to Clague Park, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for the same, and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 2001-25 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for repair of the roof in the lobby area at the North Olmsted Recreation Center in the City of North Olmsted as detailed in the specifications on file and authorizing the Mayor to contract for the same, and declaring an emergency. 11
