Mr. McKay noted that he was in receipt of <br />the Fiscal Officer's Certificate. <br />Ordinance No. 2001-38 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman <br />McKay. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of bonds in the maximum <br />aggregate principal amount $152,000 for the purpose of advance refiwdmg at a lower <br />interest cost the $136,004 of outstanding judgment bonds, Series 1992, that are stated to <br />mature on December 15, 2012 and were issued as a part of the consolidated issue of <br />various purpose bonds, Series 1992, dated as of December 1, 1992, to pay costs of the <br />judgment rendered against the city in civil action Number C82-3089 in the United States <br />District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, Eastern Division, and losses, damages <br />and expenses related thereto; authorizing and directing the call for optional redemption <br />on December 15, 2002 of all of the refunded bonds; authorizing the execution and <br />delivery of a bond registrar agreement and a bond purchase agreement with respect to the <br />refunding bonds and an escrow agreement with respect to the advance refunding of <br />refunded bonds; and declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay noted that he was in receipt of <br />the Fiscal Officer's Certificate. <br />Ordinance No. 2001-39 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman <br />McKay. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of bonds in the maximum <br />aggregate principal amount $71,000 for the purpose of advance refunding at a lower <br />interest cost the $65,000 of outstanding storm water drainage system improvement bonds, <br />Series 1992, that are stated to mature on December 15, 2012 and were issued as a part of <br />the consolidated issue of various purpose bonds, Series 1992, dated as of December 1, <br />1992, to pay costs of improving the municipal sewerage system by acquiring, <br />constructing and installing storm sewers, storm water retention basins, storm water <br />drainage control equipment and catch basins, together with the necessary appurtenances <br />thereto; authorizing and directing the call for optional redemption on December 15, 2002 <br />of all of the refunded bonds; authorizing the execution and delivery of a bond registrar <br />agreement and a bond purchase agreement with respect to the refunding bonds and an <br />escrow agreement with respect to the advance refunding of refunded bonds; and declaring <br />an emergency. Mr. McKay noted that he was in receipt of the Fiscal Officer's Certificate. <br />Ordinance No. 2001-40 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman <br />Limpert on behalf of himself, Councilman O'Grady and Mayor Musial. An ordinance <br />amending the Traffic Control File of the City of North Olmsted by replacing the "No <br />Parking" signs on the north side of Sweetbriar Drive, between 26864 and 26820 <br />Sweetbriar, with "No Parking, Stopping or Standing" signs, one sign with an arrow <br />pointing east to be located in the right-of--way at the west property line of 26864 <br />Sweetbriar and the other with an arrow pointing west to be located in the right-of--way at <br />the west property line of 26820 Sweetbrier, and declaring an emergency.
