• ~' ~ Counci[ Minutes 11/6/2002 <br />yes. Councilman Gareau moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by <br />Councilman Nashar and passed unanimously. Resolution No. 2002-170 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2002-171 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. <br />An ordinance amending Section S S S .03 of the General Offenses Code in order to <br />harmonize the treatment of and time for unloading trucks in commercial zones. <br />Ordinance No. 2002-172 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman <br />Nashar. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to accept <br />conveyance of fee simple of certain real property & record same, to then enter deed <br />restrictions upon to run with the development land, and then to reconvey title to Fairview <br />Office Associates, LLC, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 2002-173 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. <br />A resolution authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into a network <br />service intereet edition agreement with the Regional Income Tax Agency ("RITA") <br />providing for the city's Finance Department to have "read only" access to taxpayer <br />history, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2002-175 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman <br />Gareau on behalf of himself and Mayor Musial. An ordinance creating new Section <br />131.01 of the Administrative Code, entitled "Mayor's Contract Authority" in order to <br />provide the Mayor with limited authority to execute contracts involving expenditures of <br />five thousand dollars or less without express Council authorization, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2002-176 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. <br />An ordinance creating new Section 945.07 of the Codified Ordinances, entitled <br />"Exemption for Public School Activities," in order to permit North Olmsted Public <br />Schools to rent the Community Cabin and Senior Cemer without charge. <br />Ordinance No. 2002-177 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman <br />Gareau. An ordinance requiring the secretary of Housing CounciUTIRC to be paid on an <br />hourly basis, and otherwise re-establishing the rates of compensation for various <br />administrative and legislative personnel, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 2002-178 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. <br />A resolution authorizing the payment of one thousand nine hundred ten dollars and <br />fourteen cents ($1,910.14) to the Treasurer of Cuyahoga County for storm sewer <br />materials provided by the Cuyahoga County Engineer for a storm sewer on Barton Road, <br />and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2002-179 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. <br />An ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to convey a property <br />interest of fee simple to certain real property in the city, known as Permanent Parcel Nos. <br />236-12-004 (part) and 236-11-017 (part), to the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit <br />21 <br /> <br />
