Council Minutes 10/15/2002 <br />Councilman Gareau asked Law Director Dubelko if Ordinances 99-77 and 99-79 would <br />be ready for further discussion by next week. Law Director said they would be as he has <br />completed his work in the Law Department. He forwarded it on to the Building <br />Commissioner. Councilman Gareau asked Councilman Nashar to tentatively schedule <br />those issues for discussion of the modifications. <br />Councilman Nashar tentatively scheduled a BZD Committee meeting if information is <br />available on .Ordinances 99-77 and 99-79. The BZD Committee meeting will be <br />immediately following the Recreation Committee, and the Building Commissioner is <br />asked to attend. <br />Councilman Miller said he would ask the Clerk to contact the two appointees for seats on <br />the Planning Commission and Recreation Commission to schedule an interview date. <br />Councilman Limpert noted that the discussion of establishing the position of "Head <br />Mechanic" would be held during the Streets & Drainage Committee. <br />Councilwoman Kasler, who was absent at the October 1 Council meeting, asked tv record <br />her "yes" votes on the passed legislation for that meeting. <br />With the agenda being completed and there being no further business to come before <br />Council, President O'Grady adjourned the meeting at 10:25 p.m. <br />~1 <br />~~-~ ~~ <br />L.
