Council Minutes 10/15/2002 ~, forward to answer the question noting that it is existing coverage relating primazily to Springvale. Councilman Gareau moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert and passed unanimously. Resolution No. 2002-155 adopted. Resolution No. 2002-1Sb was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. A resolution authorizing the Director of Personnel and Administrative Services to advertise for bids for Police Professional Liability, Property & Scheduled Equipment, Crime, Comprehensive Liability, Auto Liability & Physical Damage, Public Officials Errors and Omissions, Boiler & Machinery, EDP, Umbrella, and Liquor Liability insurance as a package, authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract for said insurance package with the lowest and best bidder, subject to approval by the Board of Control, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 2002-1 S7 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into a contract with Jeff Marshall to provide services to the City as the Ice Skating Co-ordinator at the North Olmsted Recreation Center, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 2002-159 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into, grant, and record a permanent roadway easement agreement with the Crreater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (GCRTA), providing for GCRTA to be solely liable for and pay all costs associated with the acquisition, construction, maintenance and repair of certain real property in the city, known as Permanent Parcel Nos. 236-12-004 and 236- 11-017 (part), as described as a roadway to the GCRTA Park-n-Ride facility, and declaring an emergency. MISCELLANEOUS B~TSJNESS Councilwoman Kasler scheduled a Public Safety, Health & Welfare Committee meeting for 6:34 p.m., Tuesday, October 22, to discuss the safety belt issue, a liquor permit, Resolution 2002-148 and Ordinance 2002-154, The Mayor and the Safety Director are asked to attend. Councilman McKay scheduled a Finance Committee meeting for 7 p.m. on Tuesday, October 22, to discuss Ordinance 2002-140, Resolutions 2002-149, 2002-150, 2002-156. The Mayor, Finance Director and the Personnel Director are asked to attend. Councilman Limpert scheduled a Streets & Drainage Committee meeting immediately following the Finance Committee on October 22. The City Engineer, the Finance Director and the Law Director are asked to attend. Resolution 2002-153 and Ordinance 2002-159 will be discussed. Councilman Gareau scheduled a Recreation Committee meeting immediately following the Streets & Drainage Committee on October 22 to discuss Ordinance 2002-157.
