Council Minutes 10/15/2002 <br />~, forward to answer the question noting that it is existing coverage relating primazily to <br />Springvale. Councilman Gareau moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by <br />Councilman Limpert and passed unanimously. Resolution No. 2002-155 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 2002-1Sb was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. <br />A resolution authorizing the Director of Personnel and Administrative Services to <br />advertise for bids for Police Professional Liability, Property & Scheduled Equipment, <br />Crime, Comprehensive Liability, Auto Liability & Physical Damage, Public Officials <br />Errors and Omissions, Boiler & Machinery, EDP, Umbrella, and Liquor Liability <br />insurance as a package, authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract for said insurance <br />package with the lowest and best bidder, subject to approval by the Board of Control, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2002-1 S7 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. <br />An ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into a contract <br />with Jeff Marshall to provide services to the City as the Ice Skating Co-ordinator at the <br />North Olmsted Recreation Center, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2002-159 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. <br />An ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into, grant, <br />and record a permanent roadway easement agreement with the Crreater Cleveland <br />Regional Transit Authority (GCRTA), providing for GCRTA to be solely liable for and <br />pay all costs associated with the acquisition, construction, maintenance and repair of <br />certain real property in the city, known as Permanent Parcel Nos. 236-12-004 and 236- <br />11-017 (part), as described as a roadway to the GCRTA Park-n-Ride facility, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />MISCELLANEOUS B~TSJNESS <br />Councilwoman Kasler scheduled a Public Safety, Health & Welfare Committee meeting <br />for 6:34 p.m., Tuesday, October 22, to discuss the safety belt issue, a liquor permit, <br />Resolution 2002-148 and Ordinance 2002-154, The Mayor and the Safety Director are <br />asked to attend. <br />Councilman McKay scheduled a Finance Committee meeting for 7 p.m. on Tuesday, <br />October 22, to discuss Ordinance 2002-140, Resolutions 2002-149, 2002-150, 2002-156. <br />The Mayor, Finance Director and the Personnel Director are asked to attend. <br />Councilman Limpert scheduled a Streets & Drainage Committee meeting immediately <br />following the Finance Committee on October 22. The City Engineer, the Finance <br />Director and the Law Director are asked to attend. Resolution 2002-153 and Ordinance <br />2002-159 will be discussed. <br />Councilman Gareau scheduled a Recreation Committee meeting immediately following <br />the Streets & Drainage Committee on October 22 to discuss Ordinance 2002-157.
