Council Minates of 9/17/2002 Resolution No. 2002-109 inrtroduced by Mayor Musial was given its third reading. A ~' resolution adopting the budget of the City of North Olmsted for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2003, and submitting the same to the County Auditor, and declaring an emergency. Councilman McKay moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert and passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 2002-109 adopted. Ordinance No. 2002-125 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its third reading. An ordinance amending Section 373.05, 373.Ob, 373.08, and 373.15, and repealing Sections 373.07 and 373.10 of Chapter 373 of the Traffic Code, entitled "Bicycles and Bicycle Registration," in order to better facilitate the issuance of bicycle licenses by the Police Department, and to improve bicycle safety in the city and declaring an emergency. Councilwoman Kasler moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Miller and passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 2002-i25 adopted. Ordinance No. 2002-124 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An ordinance amending Chapter 1317 of the Building Code entitled "Registration and Licensing of Contractors," as amended. Ordinance No. 2002-128 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An ordinance accepting a water main easement located on property owned by James P. and Christine Martynowski and designated as Fermanent Pazcel No. 235-12-091 on the Cuyahoga County Maps and Records, in connection with the Northern Avenue water main relocation project, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 2002-129 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An ordinance accepting a water main easement located on property owned by David W. and Kimberly Snyder and designated as Permanent Parcel No. 235-12-092 on the Cuyahoga County Maps and Records, in connection with the Northern Avenue water main relocation project, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 2002-130 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An ordinance accepting a water main easement located on property owned by May F. Wong and designated as Permanent Parcel No. 235-12-054 on the Cuyahoga County Maps and Records, in connection with the existing Northern Avenue water main lacated on said property, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 2002-131 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An ordinance accepting a water main easement located on property owned by May F. Wong and designated as Permanent Parcel No. 235-12-053 on the Cuyahoga Coutrty Maps and Records, in connection with the existing Northern Avenue water main located on said property, and declaring an emergency. 14
