Council Minates of 9/17/2002 <br />Resolution No. 2002-109 inrtroduced by Mayor Musial was given its third reading. A <br />~' resolution adopting the budget of the City of North Olmsted for the fiscal year beginning <br />January 1, 2003, and submitting the same to the County Auditor, and declaring an <br />emergency. Councilman McKay moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by <br />Councilman Limpert and passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 2002-109 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2002-125 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance amending Section 373.05, 373.Ob, 373.08, and 373.15, and repealing Sections <br />373.07 and 373.10 of Chapter 373 of the Traffic Code, entitled "Bicycles and Bicycle <br />Registration," in order to better facilitate the issuance of bicycle licenses by the Police <br />Department, and to improve bicycle safety in the city and declaring an emergency. <br />Councilwoman Kasler moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman <br />Miller and passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 2002-i25 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2002-124 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance amending Chapter 1317 of the Building Code entitled "Registration and <br />Licensing of Contractors," as amended. <br />Ordinance No. 2002-128 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance accepting a water main easement located on property owned by James P. and <br />Christine Martynowski and designated as Fermanent Pazcel No. 235-12-091 on the <br />Cuyahoga County Maps and Records, in connection with the Northern Avenue water <br />main relocation project, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2002-129 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance accepting a water main easement located on property owned by David W. and <br />Kimberly Snyder and designated as Permanent Parcel No. 235-12-092 on the Cuyahoga <br />County Maps and Records, in connection with the Northern Avenue water main <br />relocation project, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2002-130 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance accepting a water main easement located on property owned by May F. Wong <br />and designated as Permanent Parcel No. 235-12-054 on the Cuyahoga County Maps and <br />Records, in connection with the existing Northern Avenue water main lacated on said <br />property, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2002-131 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance accepting a water main easement located on property owned by May F. Wong <br />and designated as Permanent Parcel No. 235-12-053 on the Cuyahoga Coutrty Maps and <br />Records, in connection with the existing Northern Avenue water main located on said <br />property, and declaring an emergency. <br />14 <br />
