Council Minutes of 9/17/20(12 <br />Ordinance No. 2002-142 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. <br />''~ An ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into a joint <br />funding agreement with the U. S. Geological Survey, U. S. Department of the Interior, for <br />the operation and maintenance of a gage for realtime data collection, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Resolution No. 2002-143 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. <br />A resolution recognizing the second anniversary celebration of the Northeast Ohio Public <br />Energy Council, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 2002-144 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. <br />A resolution authorizing the Mayor to submit and seek financial assistance from the State <br />Issue 2 Infrastructure Bond Program for funding of various municipal capital <br />infrastructure improvements projects, and declaring an emergency. <br />MISCELLANEOUS~BU' ~,N_.~ <br />Councilman Limpert scheduled a Streets & Drainage Committee meeting for Tuesday, <br />September 24, at 6:30 p.m. to discuss Resolution 2002-144. The Finance Director and the <br />City Engineer aze asked to attend. The Environmental Cormol Committee will meet <br />immediately following to discuss Ordinance 2002-142. A representative from the <br />WWTP is asked to attend. <br />Councilman McKay scheduled a Finance Committee meeting immediately following the <br />Environmental Control Committee meeting on September 24 to discuss Ordinance <br />2002-140. The Mayor and Safety Director are asked to attend. <br />Councilwoman Kasler scheduled a Public Safety Committee meeting immediately <br />following the Finance Committee on September 24 to discuss Ordinance 2002-136. The <br />Safety Director is asked tv attend. The Dawn/Fawn traffic issue will also be discussed, <br />and the Mayor is asked to attend. <br />Councilman Nashar scheduled a BZD Committee meeting immediately following the <br />Public Safety Committee on September 24 to discuss a Planning Commission item and a <br />proposed rezoning on the west end of Lorain Road. The Building Commissioner, the <br />City Engineer and resident Mr. Geiger are asked to attend. <br />Councilman Miller scheduled an Intra-Governmental Relations and Legislation; Long- <br />Range Planning Committee meeting immediately following the BZD Committee on <br />September 24 to discuss Ordinance 2002-143.
