A resolution designating September 2002 as National Alcohol and Drug Addiction Recovery Month in the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS Councilman McKay scheduled a Finance Committee meeting for 7 p.m. on Tuesday, August 27, to discuss Resolution No. 2002-109. The Finance Director is asked to attend. Councilwoman Kasler scheduled a Public Safety, Health & Welfare Committee meeting to immediately follow the Finance Committee on Monday, August 27. The committee will discuss Ordinance No. 2002-125 and two liquor permits. The Safety Director and a representative from the Police Department are asked to attend. Councilman Miller scheduled an Intra-Governmental Relations and Legislation; Long- Range Planning Committee to follow the Public Safety Committee meeting on Monday, August 27. The committee will discuss Resolution No. 2002-123, and Mr. Miller asked that the sponsor of the ordinance and Mr, Dolance be invited to attend. Also, Mr. Miller asked that the Mayor contact the Law Director with regard to his questions concerning Ordinance 2002-104, the public access legislation, so that this legislation can also be discussed.
