Council Miwutes of 3/19/U2 <br />Resolution No. 2002-21 introduced by Councilman Limpert on behalf of the Mayor and <br />entire Council was given its third reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of <br />Public Service to advertise for bids for pavement markings of streets at various locations <br />in the City of North Olmsted as detailed in the specifications on file and authorizing the <br />Mayor to contract for the same, and declaring an emergency. Couiuiilman Limpert <br />moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Gareau and passed <br />unanimously. Resolution No. 2002-21 adapted. <br />Resolution No. 2002-22 i~oduced by Councilman Limpert on behalf of the Mayor and <br />entire Council was given its third reading. A resohition authorizing the Director of <br />Public Service to advertise for bids for construc~on of catch basin, manhole, sidewalk, <br />curbing and pavement repairs at various locations in the City of North Olmsted as <br />detailed in the specifications on file and authorizing the Mayor to contract for the same, <br />and declaring an emergency. Councilman Limpert moved for adoption. The motion was <br />seconded by Councilman Mi11er and passed unanimously. Resolution No. 2002-22 <br />adopted. <br />Resolution No. 2002-23 introduced by Councilman Limpert on behalf of the Mayor and <br />all of Council was given its third reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public <br />Service to advertise for bids for construction of street lighting at various locations in the <br />City of North Olmsted as detailed in the specifications on file and authorizing the Mayor <br />to contract for the same, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Limpert moved for <br />adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Miller and passed unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 2002-23 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2002-24 by Mayor Musial was given its third reading. An ordinance <br />establishing the compensation and benefits to be paid to all part-time hourly employees <br />employed by the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, and declaring an emergency. <br />Councilman McKay moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman <br />Limpert and passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 2002-24 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 2002-25 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its third reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a second irrterim agreement with the City <br />of North Royalton, Ohio for the stabilization and disposal of biosolids generated by the <br />North Olmsted Wastewater Treatment Plant, and declaring an emergency. Councilman <br />McKay moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Dailey and <br />passed unanimously. Resolution No. 2002-25 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2001-127 introduced by Council Members Kasler and Miller was given its <br />second reading. An ordinance establishing a special revenue fund for fines collected <br />from handicapped parking violations, entitled the "Senior Assistance Fund," for the <br />purpose of providing emergency assistance services to senior citizens who are residents <br />of the city and who are in need, as twice amended. Councilman Miller noted that he <br />wanted to recognize his daughter Beth who had suggested ideas for this ordinance. (Beth <br />was asked to stand and be recognized.) <br />13 <br />
