Council Minutes of 3/19/02 <br />Councilman Limpert scheduled <br />Resolution 2002-35 for Wednesday, <br />for that evening. <br />an Environmental Coxrtrol Committee to discuss <br />March 27. The meeting will be the last scheduled <br />Councilman Miller scheduled a Public Safety, Heaith & Welfare Committee meeting <br />immediately following the Finance Committee meeting to discuss Ordinances 2002-41 <br />and 2002-42 and the use and availability of the external defibrillators. Councilman <br />Gareau suggested that Assistant Law Director O'Malley attend. <br />Councilman Miller scheduled an Intro Governmemal Relations and Legislation; Long- <br />Range Planning Committee meeting immediately following the Public Safety Committee <br />meeting to discuss Council's appointment to the Landmarks Commission. <br />Councilman Dailey scheduled a Transportation Committee meeting immediately <br />fallowing the Legislative Committee meeting to discuss Ordinance 2002-44. The Traffic <br />Engineer, the Safety Director and Len Frick from the schools are invited to attend. <br />President O'Grady suggested that tbe Transportation Committee meeting be held <br />immediately following the special Council meeting as a large number of residents may <br />wish to attend the Transportation meering. Council agreed tv do so. <br />Councilman McKay moved to excuse the absence of Council Members Kesler and <br />Nashar. The motion was seconded by Councilman Miller and passed unanimously. <br />Councilman Gareau moved to adjourn into executive session for the purpose of wage <br />negotiations. The motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert and passed <br />unanimously. <br />Council adjourned into executive session at 10 p.m. and reconvened at 1fl:10 p.m. <br />With the agenda being completed and there being no further business to come before <br />Council, Presidem O'Grady~djourned the meeting at 10:11 p.m. <br />~ ` ,.~ <br />l r f <br />Barbara L.
