Council Minutes of 2/19/02 Resolution No. 2002-25 was irnroduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. A =:.r resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a second interim agreement with the City of North Royalton, Ohio for the stabilization and disposal of biosolids generated by the North Olmsted Wastewater Treatment Plant, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 2002-26 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to emer into an agreement with the State of Ohio providing for aface-to-face curb resurfacing of Lorain Road from the Lorain County line to Brookpark Road (SR-17), and dcelarin$ an emergency. Ordinance No. 2002-27 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An ordinance adopting a new and revised Chapter 1309 of the City Building Code, entitled "National Electrical Code," for the purpose of incorporating the new 2002 edition of the National Electrical Code, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 2002-28 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter irno an agreemern with the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (GCRTA), providing for GCRTA to pay all costs associated with the acquisition of certain real property in the city, known as Permanent Pazcel Nos. 236-12-004 and 236-11-017 (part), for a roadway to lead to the proposed GCRTA Pazk-n-Ride facility, and further all costs for the construction, maintenance, and repair of the said roadway, and declaring an emergency. MISCELLANEOUS B J~, SINE, SS Councilman McKay scheduled a Finance Committee meeting for 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 26, to discuss Ordinances 2002-24, 2002-26, 2002-28, 2001-127. The Service Director, the Finance Director and NOMBL Manager are asked to attend. Councilman Limpert scheduled a Streets & Drainage Committee meeting immediately following the Finance Committee to discuss Ordinances 2002-21, 2002-22, 2002-23. The Service Director is asked to attend. An Environmental Control Committee meeting will immediately follow the Streets & Drainage Committee to discuss Ordinance 2002-25. The Service Director and the Environmental Engineer aze asked to attend. Councilman Nashar scheduled a Building, Zoning and Development Committee meeting immediately following the Environmental Control Committee meeting to discuss Ordinance 2002-27. The Building Commissioner is asked to attend. Councilman Gazeau scheduled a Recreation Committee meeting immediately following the BZD Committee to review Ordinance 2002-14. The Recreation Commissioner is asked to attend.
