Council Minutes of 2/6/02 <br />,,, Ordinance No. 2002-18 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An <br />ordinance authorizing all actions necessary to effect anopt-out natural gas aggregation <br />program pursuant to Section 4929.26, Ohio Revised Code, directing the Cuyahoga <br />County Board of Elections to submit a ballot question to the electors, authorizing <br />execution of an ageemeirt with NOPEC for such purposes, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2002-19 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An <br />ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City <br />of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 2002. <br />MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS <br />Councilman Nashar scheduled a BZD Committee meeting for 6:30 p.m. on Monday, <br />February 11, to discuss the Tops construction additional proposal. The City Engineer and <br />the Building Commissioner are asked to attend. <br />Councilman McKay scheduled a Finance Committee meeting immediately following the <br />BZD Committee on Monday, February 11, to discuss Ordinances 2002-15, 2002-16 and <br />2002-19. The Finance Director and Mayor are asked to attend. <br />Councilwoman Kesler scheduled a Public Safety, Health & Welfare Committee meeting <br />immediately following the Finance Committee on Monday, February 11, to discuss <br />Ordinance 2002-17 and a liquor permit. The Safety Director and the Police Chief are <br />asked to attend. <br />Councilman Gareau scheduled a Recreation Committee meeting immediately following <br />the Public Safety Committee on Monday, February 11, to discuss Ordinance 2002-14. <br />The Recreation Commissioner is asked to attend. <br />Councilman Miller scheduled an Infra-Governmental Relations and Legislation; Long- <br />Range Planning Committee immediately following the Recreation Committee on <br />Monday, February 11, to discuss Ordinances 2001-158, 2002-12, 2002-18 and the issue <br />of Ohio Care. The Mayor, a Law Department representative and Jim Burns, representing <br />the Chamber of Commerce, are asked to attend. <br />With the agenda being completed and there being no further business to come before <br />Council, President O'Grady,~adjourned the Council meeting at 9:20 p.m. <br /> <br />Barbara L.
