Council Minutes of 12/2/2003 Councilman Lirnpert scheduled a Streets & Drainage Committee meeting immediately following the Environmental Control Committee on December 9. The agenda will include a discussion of Ordinance 2003-86, Resolutions 2003-168, 2003-170, 2003-171 and 2003-172. The Service Director, City Engineer and Law Director are asked to attend. President O'Grady scheduled aCommittee-of--the-Whole, to be chaired by President Pro Tem Dailey, to immediately follow the Streets & Drainage Committee on December 9. The committee will discuss the art program for the new library and Council appointments. Councilman Miller scheduled an Intra-Governmental Relations and Legislation; Long- Range Planning Committee meeting immediately following the Committee-of--the-Whole on December 9 to discuss the Rules of Council. Councilman McKay scheduled a Finance Committee meeting immediately following the Intra-Governmental Relations and Legislation; Long-Range Planning Committee on December 9. On the agenda will be Ordinances 2003-167 and 2003-178 and Resolutions 2003-169 and 2003-174. The Finance Director and the Service Director or his representative are asked to attend. Councilwoman Kasler scheduled a Public Safety, Health & Welfare Committee to immediately follow the Finance Committee on December 9. On the agenda will be Ordinances 2003-164, 2003-173 and an update on the Birch School lighting issue. The Safety Director and the Fire Chief or his designee are asked to attend. Councilman Dailey scheduled a Transportation Committee meeting immediately following the Public Safety Committee on December 9 to discuss Ordinance 2003-175. The Safety Director and/or his representative from the Police Department is asked to attend. Due to her absence at the Council meeting of November 18, 2003, Councilwoman Kasler registered her votes on legislation passed at that meeting: Yes for all votes taken on Resolution 2003-I60, Ordinance 2003-134, Resolutions 2003-146, 2003-147 and Ordinance 2003-150.
