Council Minutes of 10/21/2003 <br />Resolution No. 2003-140 introduced by Councilman McKay was given its second <br />reading. A resolution directing the Auditor of Cuyahoga County to pay to the City of <br />North Olmsted, Ohio, during the year 2004, all money due and owing said city from any <br />collection source. <br />Ordinance No. 2003-134 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. <br />An ordinance authorizing a transfer of funds from the Bus Fund to the General Fund in <br />the amount of twenty-six thousand nine hundred forty-nine dollars ($26,949) for <br />materials and parts reimbursements received from the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit <br />Authority (GCRTA) as a result of the 1999, 2000, 2001 and 2002 annual audits of the <br />North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 2003-146 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. <br />A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to solicit bids for laboratory <br />analytical services for the Wastewater Treatment Plant; further authorizing the Mayor, <br />upon approval of the Board of Control, to enter into a contract with the lowest and best <br />bidder; and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 2003-147 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. <br />A resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with the Cuyahoga County <br />General Health District for the year 2004. <br />Ordinance No. 2003-148 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilwoman <br />Kasler. An ordinance amending Chapter 1139 of the Planning and Zoning Code, entitled <br />"Building Districts," in order to permit the installation of shade trees within the right of <br />way, specifically amending Section 1139.18. <br />MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS <br />Councilman Limpert scheduled an Environmental Control Committee meeting for 7 p.m. <br />on Tuesday, October 28. The Service Director, and/or his designee from the Waste <br />Water Treatment Plant, is asked to attend. Resolution 2003-146 will be discussed. <br />Councilman McKay scheduled a Finance Committee meeting immediately following the <br />Environmental Control Committee on October 28. A representative from NOMBL, the <br />Mayor and the Finance Director are asked to attend. On the agenda will be Ordinance <br />2003-134 and Resolution 2003-147. <br />Councilman Nashar scheduled a BZD Committee meeting immediately following the <br />Finance Committee on October 28. Ordinance 2003-148 will be discussed. A <br />representative from the Building Department and/or the City Forester is asked to attend. <br />19 <br />
