Council Minutes of 10/21/2003 Resolution No. 2003-140 introduced by Councilman McKay was given its second reading. A resolution directing the Auditor of Cuyahoga County to pay to the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, during the year 2004, all money due and owing said city from any collection source. Ordinance No. 2003-134 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An ordinance authorizing a transfer of funds from the Bus Fund to the General Fund in the amount of twenty-six thousand nine hundred forty-nine dollars ($26,949) for materials and parts reimbursements received from the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (GCRTA) as a result of the 1999, 2000, 2001 and 2002 annual audits of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 2003-146 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to solicit bids for laboratory analytical services for the Wastewater Treatment Plant; further authorizing the Mayor, upon approval of the Board of Control, to enter into a contract with the lowest and best bidder; and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 2003-147 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. A resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with the Cuyahoga County General Health District for the year 2004. Ordinance No. 2003-148 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilwoman Kasler. An ordinance amending Chapter 1139 of the Planning and Zoning Code, entitled "Building Districts," in order to permit the installation of shade trees within the right of way, specifically amending Section 1139.18. MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS Councilman Limpert scheduled an Environmental Control Committee meeting for 7 p.m. on Tuesday, October 28. The Service Director, and/or his designee from the Waste Water Treatment Plant, is asked to attend. Resolution 2003-146 will be discussed. Councilman McKay scheduled a Finance Committee meeting immediately following the Environmental Control Committee on October 28. A representative from NOMBL, the Mayor and the Finance Director are asked to attend. On the agenda will be Ordinance 2003-134 and Resolution 2003-147. Councilman Nashar scheduled a BZD Committee meeting immediately following the Finance Committee on October 28. Ordinance 2003-148 will be discussed. A representative from the Building Department and/or the City Forester is asked to attend. 19
