Special Council Minutes 6/30/2003 <br />s Ordinance No. 2003-106 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman <br />McKay on behalf of the Mayor. An ordinance to make and transfer appropriations for <br />current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year <br />ending December 31, 2003. Councilman McKay moved for suspension of the rules <br />requiring three readings and formal committee review. Councilman McKay noted that <br />this was reviewed by committee on June 24. The motion was seconded by Councilman <br />Nashar and passed unanimously. Councilman McKay moved for adoption. The motion <br />was seconded by Councilman Nashar. Roll call: McKay, yes; Nashar, yes, commenting <br />that this transfer ordinance deals with the Bradley Road sidewalk and he would certainly <br />hope that this project could be completed in a timely fashion so that it can be used during <br />the summer months. Roll call continued: Kasler, yes; Miller, yes; Limpert, yes; Dailey, <br />yes; Gareau, yes. The motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 2003-106 adopted. <br />With the agenda being complete, President O'Grady adjourned the special meeting at <br />7:32 p.m. <br />~~~ <br />L.
