Mayor Musial said the Safety
Director was in the process of having those signs installed. He believed, because of cost,
they will be the metal reflective type of sign. Mr. Miller wanted to be sure that Jennifer,
who has attended numerous Council meetings, receives credit for the idea.
Councilman Dailey asked the Mayor to look into a Safety issue off of Maple Ridge Road
looking onto Columbia Road. As you look to the north towards the Westlake line, there's
a "Welcome to the City of Westlake" sign right in the sight line making it difficult to see
cars coming from the north on Columbia. Mayor Musial said he would take care of it.
Mayor Musial said he wanted to inform Council that he had excused Service Director
Creadon's absence from the Council meeting.
With the agenda being completed and there being no further business to come before
Council, President O'Grady adjourned the meeting at 10:05 p.m.
~' ~,,~ ~~
~~ ~
Barbara L.
