Council Minutes of 12/7/2004 Councilman Dailey scheduled a Recreation, Public Parks & Buildings Committee meeting immediately following the Finance Committee on December 14 to discuss Ordinance 2004-184. The Safety Director is asked to attend. Questions for the Safety Director should be presented in advance. Councilman Nashar scheduled a Streets & Transportation Committee meeting immediately following the Recreation Committee on December 14 to discuss Ordinance 2004-183. The City Engineer, Law Director and President of Council are asked to attend. Councilman Nashar asked that his votes be recorded for the meeting of November 16, 2004 when he was absent: Ordinance 2004-157, yes on adoption; Resolution 2004-160, yes on adoption; Ordinance 2004-176, yes on adoption; Ordinance 2004-175, yes on suspension of the rules and adoption; Resolution 2004-177, yes on suspension of the rules and adoption; Resolution 2004-178, yes on suspension of the rules and adoption; Resolution 2004-180, yes on suspension of the rules and adoption. Councilman Miller asked that his votes be recorded for the meeting of November 16, 2004 when he was absent: Ordinance 2004-157, yes on adoption; Resolution 2004-160, yes on adoption; Ordinance 2004-176, yes on adoption; Ordinance 2004-175, yes on suspension of the rules and adoption; Resolution 2004-177, yes on suspension of the rules and adoption; Resolution 2004-178, yes on suspension of the rules and adoption; Resolution 2004-180, yes on suspension of the rules and adoption; amendment to Ordinance 2004-153, yes; amendments to Ordinances 2004-164 and 166 regarding adding 2007 salary ranges, yes; BZD items Dallas Shoe Warehouse and Fiber Tower antenna, yes on both items.
