Special Council Minutes of 9/14/2004 the road open for one-way traffic. It is difficult to do this type of improvement because it will probably require the lowering of the pavement. The safety concerns of keeping regulaz traffic on the road will have to be worked out. However, there will always be access for emergency vehicles. President O'Grady called for the roll call on the motion to adopt Resolution 2004-140. Roll call: Nashaz, yes; Gazeau, yes; Miller, yes; Limpert, yes; Kasler, yes; Dailey, yes. The motion passed unanimously Resolution No. 2004-140 adopted. Resolution No. 2004-141 introduced by Councilman Nashaz on behalf of Mayor Musial was given its second reading. A resolution authorizing the Mayor to submit an application for State of Ohio Issue 2 funding for Claque Road reconstruction from I-480 to Lorain Road and declaring an emergency. Councilman Nashaz moved for suspension of the rules requiring three and committee review. The motion was seconded by Councilman Gazeau and passed unanimously. Councilman Nashaz moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Gazeau and passed unanimously. Resolution No. 2004-141 adopted. Councilman Nashaz made a motion to excuse the absence of Councilman McKay.
