Special Council Minutes of 9/14/2004 <br />the road open for one-way traffic. It is difficult to do this type of improvement because it <br />will probably require the lowering of the pavement. The safety concerns of keeping <br />regulaz traffic on the road will have to be worked out. However, there will always be <br />access for emergency vehicles. <br />President O'Grady called for the roll call on the motion to adopt Resolution 2004-140. <br />Roll call: Nashaz, yes; Gazeau, yes; Miller, yes; Limpert, yes; Kasler, yes; Dailey, yes. <br />The motion passed unanimously Resolution No. 2004-140 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 2004-141 introduced by Councilman Nashaz on behalf of Mayor Musial <br />was given its second reading. A resolution authorizing the Mayor to submit an <br />application for State of Ohio Issue 2 funding for Claque Road reconstruction from I-480 <br />to Lorain Road and declaring an emergency. Councilman Nashaz moved for suspension <br />of the rules requiring three and committee review. The motion was seconded by <br />Councilman Gazeau and passed unanimously. Councilman Nashaz moved for adoption. <br />The motion was seconded by Councilman Gazeau and passed unanimously. Resolution <br />No. 2004-141 adopted. <br />Councilman Nashaz made a motion to excuse the absence of Councilman McKay. The <br />motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert and passed unanimously. <br />With the agenda being completed, President O'Grady adjourned the special Council <br />meeting at 8:21 p.m. <br />'~ <br />;' /'~ <br />azbaza L.
